Rashaan Peek

Executive Assistant to the President

Rashaan Peek is the Executive Assistant to the President at CCCP.

She is responsible for managing correspondences, making transportation/travel arrangements, conducting research, coordinating meetings, calendar maintenance and serves as the first contact for the CEO's office.


Her executive experience includes supporting CEO's from Atlanta's Midtown Alliance to a now Hawaii based mental health organization. Her non-profit administrative experience spans well over a decade and assisted her in establishing her own virtual assistant consulting business.

Rashaan's community and volunteer involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Beatties Ford Youth Academic and Athletic Association, volunteering at her children's schools and for the United Way's Young Leaders Initiative.

Having grown up in Philadelphia , Rashaan moved to Atlanta to attend college and remained in the Atlanta Metro area until locating to Charlotte in 2005 with her husband and two children.
