Allison Billings
Transportation Planning ConsultantAllison Billings serves as the Consultant for Transportation Planning for Charlotte Center City Partners
She has twelve years of experience improving the livability of cities. She specializes in Transportation Demand Management (TDM) and has broad experience finding creative solutions to transportation challenges of all sizes. Allison began working for UrbanTrans Consultants when she relocated to Charlotte in 2008. Prior to that, she spent six years as Executive Director of Transportation Solutions, an internationally recognized Transportation Management Association (TMA) in Denver, Colorado where she developed and implemented numerous campaigns to reduce traffic congestion, improve quality of life and generate economic growth.
Allison holds a Masters degree in City Planning from UNC Chapel Hill and a Bachelors degree from Emory University, where she majored in Political Science and Ecology.
