Hotel Sierra
Lodgeworks of Wichita, Kansas plans to start construction this summer of a 163-suite Hotel Sierra on a third of an acre next to the Time Warner Cable Arena at the corner of East Trade and North Caldwell Streets. The building will accommodate parking on four floors above a street-level hotel lobby, bar, breakfast area and check-in desk with guest rooms on the sixth through sixteenth fl oors.
