Encore at Carolina Theatre
A team of five key players, led by Pursuit Group plan to develop the corner of 6th Street and North Tryon Street adjacent to the historic Carolina Theatre. The original Carolina Theatre was damaged by fire in 1980 and has been abandoned ever since. Encore will be a high-end mixed use development. The project will offer over 20,000 square feet of office and retail space above a renovated Carolina Theatre.
