One Bank of America Center
One Bank of America Center, a 750,000 square foot office tower encompassing 32 floors located on the corner of College and 5th Streets is Bank of America’s newest addition to the Center City skyline. Situated across from its corporate headquarters and complemented by the new Ritz-Carlton Hotel, this complex offers sustainable office, hospitality, and retail space in the heart of Charlotte’s urban core. The complex includes: an enclosed glass atrium and winter garden to accommodate special events, an enhanced glass pedestrian walkway across College Street and into Founders Hall, and Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification. The new tower also incorporates 700 parking spaces built underground and on top of the existing Bank of America Corporate Center Parking Deck.
