One Bank of America Center
Construction is underway for the new One Bank of America Center, a 700,000 square foot office tower encompassing 32 floors located on the corner of College and 5th Streets across from its corporate headquarters. To complement the new building the Ritz-Carlton is developing a 17-story, 150 room hotel adjacent to the office tower. The complex will include: an enclosed glass atrium and winter garden to accommodate special events, an enhanced glass pedestrian walkway across College Street and into Founders Hall, and the creation of one of the most environmentally-responsible office towers in the Southeast with plans to achieve Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification. The new tower will also have 700 parking spaces to be built underground and on top of the existing Bank of America Corporate Center Parking Deck.
