Food Lion Speed StreetFood Lion Speed Street delivers an unprecedented consumer experience to an estimated 400,000 fans by means of live entertainment, access to racing’s brightest stars, and displays from sponsors Food Lion, Coca-Cola, Miller Lite, General Mills, Chevrolet and many more. As a precursor to the Coca-Cola 600 held at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Food Lion Speed Street will entertain more than 400,000 guests over the course of three days and has been promoted and produced exclusively by JHE Production Group since 1996. Taste of CharlotteHop over to Taste of Charlotte the second weekend of June to sample a variety of foods in a friendly atmosphere. Admission to Taste of Charlotte is free. First Night CharlotteFirst Night rings in the New Year with a family-friendly cultural celebration taking place in Uptown Charlotte! Artists, Dancers, Comedians, Musicians and Magicians will take to the streets and venues for you to enjoy! First Night Kids kicks off First Night and runs from 12-5pm with a kids countdown at the main stage from 4-5pm. First Night picks back up at 8pm for evening activities until 11pm and a fantastic midnight finale show from 10pm-12:30am on the main stage.
