First Night Charlotte a Success

Charlotte's Revitalization of First Night Charlotte was a huge success for the city. Close to 25,000 people participated in First Night Charlotte. We were thrilled with the number of families who came to enjoy First Night Kids, the People's Processional and the Evening Events through the Midnight Countdown. Following such a difficult year for our city, First Night Charlotte offered just the right mix of affordability and accessibility, while celebrating a fresh start in 2009.

WBT Holiday on Ice - Open Until January 10!

Great traditions start with WBT... and WBT's Holiday on Ice is no exception. Tucked away in Uptown Charlotte's most scenic park is Charlotte's only outdoor ice rink. There's no better way to get in the holiday spirit than skating with your friends and family among the holiday decorations uptown.
