Housing and Homelessness
Charlotte Center City Partners is working with dozens of other community organizations to create the 2025 Charlotte Mecklenburg Housing & Homelessness Strategy. This effort is the first comprehensive plan to address housing instability and homelessness in our community involving the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
In January 2022, a consortium of community organizations released A Home for All: Charlotte Mecklenburg’s Strategy to End and Prevent Homelessness – Part 1 Strategic Framework.
This framework sets out our vision that Charlotte-Mecklenburg is a community where homelessness is rare, brief, and non-recurring and every person has access to permanent, affordable housing and the resources to sustain it.
