Harper's Grill Now Offering Great Dinner Special

Hoping to entice more Uptown residents and diners into its restaurant during the evening, Harper's Grill is now offering guests a special value at dinner through September 12. Diners can receive a signature "Green" Plate entree for FREE whenever they order a second entree of equal or greater value. The offer will be available Monday through Saturday, at dinner only.

Harper's "Green" Plate features a different signature dish each day, including favorites like Chef Minnie's award-winning fried chicken, pulled pork platter, country fried steak, meatloaf, chicken n' dumplings and fish and chips. Like its name implies, each "Green" Plate entree arrives to the table on a special green colored plate.

Terrence Taylor, general manager for Harper's Grill, said that business has been good for the new restaurant. "We've had tremendous success at lunch and with the after-work crowd. Our goal now is to attract more and more of the Uptown residents in the evening to try our classic dishes, made fresh and homemade each day. Each of our green plate entrees is served with a side item featuring seasonal local ingredients. It's certainly easier than cooking and it's a great value too."

Harper's Grill opened earlier this summer in the old ARPA Tapas--Wine Bar--Grill location in Uptown Charlotte. The menu offers some of the same favorites as its sister restaurants -- Harper's Restaurants in Southpark and Pineville -- as well as its own signature dishes, including savory pastas and unique flatbreads. The outdoor patio and thriving bar make it a great place to stop after work, before a Panthers game or before a night at the theatre. Harper's Grill also offers daily food and drink specials.
