Smooth Start for Sprinter Enhanced Service

Smooth start for the Sprinter Enhanced Bus Service to Charlotte Douglas Municipal Airport. The Sprinter has been running since September 14 and has been getting high marks.

- 20-minute weekday service and 30-minute weeknight and weekend service

- Efficient, convenient stop locations to Wilkinson Blvd. and West Morehead St. neighborhoods, retail, and the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport (service will only stop at designated Sprinter stops/shelters)

- A dedicated hybrid bus fleet with wider aisles and luggage racks

- Each sheltered stop location has or will have public art, lighting, trash receptacle, and a bench

- Real time digital schedule signs at key locations: Charlotte Transportation Center, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, and stops at Ashley Rd. and Wilkinson Blvd.
