Boston National Appoints Todd Baur

Boston National Settlement Services LLC, a privately held real estate and mortgage services provider, announced the appointment of Todd C. Baur as President and Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors effective June 8, 2009.

Mr. Baur brings over 20 years of combined appraisal, title, collateral risk analytics, collateral automation, flood and credit operations, and executive level management experience to the position. Mr. Baur most recently led LandSafe, a Bank of America company where he was their President and COO for nearly 5 years, and prior to that has held senior level roles at Fortune 500 companies. In his most recent role at LandSafe, Mr. Baur led the organization to unprecedented growth in title, appraisal, credit and flood, leveraging numerous technology enhancements and operational advancements. Prior to LandSafe, Mr. Baur enjoyed an 18-year career with Washington Mutual Bank (Formerly American Savings Bank) where he started his career as an appraiser trainee, working his way through the ranks until being named National Production Manager over all appraisal operations Mr. Baur’s career also includes positions as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer.
