Mert's Heart & Soul Launches Birthday Club
James Bazzelle, executive chef and owner of the Uptown Charlotte Southern/Low Country restaurant Mert’s Heart and Soul, today announced that the restaurant has launched a new birthday club program. The program provides a complimentary entrée to members on their birthday.
"We’re excited to announce the launch of the new Mert’s Heart and Soul birthday club," said Bazzelle. "There are countless people from in-and-outside the greater Charlotte community who celebrate their birthday at Mert’s Heart and Soul. This is a special thank you that we have wanted to offer our customers for some time. We're happy to continue helping people celebrate their special day with a meal at Mert’s."
The Mert’s Heart and Soul birthday club offers two entrée selections for members to choose from: Mert’s Famous Salmon Cakes and Carolina Chopped BBQ. Both come with two sides and the restaurant’s popular sweet, buttery cornbread.
