News from The VUE Charlotte

The VUE has reached the clouds. The last floor of our luxurious 51 story building overlooking Fourth Ward Park is now complete. The roof of the building was complete in early November. The brick facade of the parking garage has also been completed and the trades continue to work throughout the building. The glass window walls have been installed up to the 47th floor and we anticipate that all windows will be installed by the end of the year. Drywall has been installed through the 40th floor and the gorgeous wood cabinetry, Italian marble or porcelain tiles and the luxurious finishes that were selected have been installed in all homes up to the 30th floor.

Permanent power for the building will be complete by the end of the year. We have begun the structural work that support the canopy on the front entrance of the building. The onyx and stone for the beautiful lobby has been hand selected and is in fabrication. "It's all about the details" said Randy Grueb, The Vice President of Construction. "Everything has been carefully thought out and planned to ensure that living at The VUE is true indulgence" "The building continues to be on schedule and we look forward to our Fall 2010 delivery" says Grueb.
