Cowbell Burger & Bar Will Host a Grand Opening Party and Open its Doors March 29, 2013March 18, 2013 3:17 pm
Cowbell Burger & Bar, located Uptown (on 5th Street between Church and Tryon) is ready for its unveiling as Charlotte’s newest burger joint and rock and roll lounge.
The sprawling menu will feature over 15 artisan patties served on fresh NC baked buns and topped with made from scratch sauces and specialty relishes. Vegetarian fare such as the black bean and walnut and curry spiced pinto patty are also available. Bacon wrapped hot dogs on pretzel buns, gourmet salads and house made soups and chilis are among other menu options. Light bites vary from sweet potato croquettes to fried pickles and deviled eggs.
The whiskey driven bar will feature handcrafted cocktails in addition to a variety of local taps and bottled brews. Spirited shakes like the Apple Pie, infused with Fireball, or the Banana Pudding, spiked with Meyer’s Rum, will be Cowbell signatures.
Cowbell’s art installs pay homage to ‘70s rock and roll icons whose spirits live on within the space. Tufted banquettes, reclaimed wood, and crystal chandeliers blend sophistication and modernism into the interior, creating a unique and lush vibe. Senses will be provoked even further as Cowbell transcends from eatery to whiskey lounge open until 2 a.m. Monday through Sunday.
Please join Cowbell Burger & Bar on the evening of March 29th to celebrate its public Grand Opening and enjoy light bites and sips for a taste of the newest concept to hit Charlotte.
