Beginner Hand Embroidery
Wednesday, September 30, 2020
7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Have you ever considered trying your hand in hand embroidery, but weren’t quite sure where to start? In this class, embroidery artist Valerie Evans of Plaid Love Threads will provide guided instruction on the steps to create a fun piece of hoop art. You’ll learn and practice basic stitches and gain plenty of tips and resources to help continue your exploration in embroidery after class. By the end of class, you’ll be ready to work on an embroidery pattern designed just for you, and you’ll leave with the basic skills and materials to complete your own unique work of art.
To follow along with this class, you’ll need a 6×6 piece of cotton fabric, 4 inch embroidery hoop, an embroidery needle, and embroidery floss. We’ll send out a detailed list of recommended products upon registration.
WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS CLASS?
