Assistant Vice President, Planning and Development
As Assistant Vice President, Planning and Development at Charlotte Center City Partners, Klint works on projects, programs, and policies dedicated to the continued place-making and physical development of Center City. He supports the Planning & Development team on both long range planning initiatives and short term implementation strategies. Most recently he has been involved in the ongoing planning of the Charlotte Rail Trail, the North Tryon Vision & Implementation Plan efforts, and strategic planning for Charlotte B-cycle expansion.
A Charlotte native, Klint received his Master of Urban Design degree following his Bachelor of Architecture with a Minor in Urban Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is a proud center city resident, living just outside of Uptown in the Historic Plaza-Midwood neighborhood and is an active member of the Charlotte chapter of ULI and serves on the Mecklenburg County Livable Communities Planning group. A passionate urbanist, he advocates for well designed mixed-use development, robust transit networks, and well-connected pedestrian infrastructure that benefit all members of the community.
