HAPPY DECEMBER!! It’s the month of Christmas, and as we all know, center city spares no expense to offer events on events to enlighten the holiday season! This week is packed with some spectacular events, and we’ve got you covered on all the great events taking place. There’s plenty of ways to keep up with the events, you can subscribe to our calendar, download the Charlotte Center City app, or keep up with this page, which will update you on some of the events we believe you will enjoy.

Leonard Bearstein Symphony Orchestra

A Charlotte Holiday Tradition. Located in the Founders Hall at Trade/Tryon St, performances to continue through Christmas. Performances are daily Dec. 1 – 29. Performance times are: Monday – Friday, 10 and 11 a.m.; noon; and 1, 2, 5 and 6 p.m. Saturday – Sunday, hourly from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Performances are free and times are subject to change.

 

 

KISS 95.1 Holiday Stop

Stop by the 7th Street Public Market between 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm and register for a chance to win $5,000 ‘Holiday Cash’ brought to you by ‘Holidays in the City’s presented by Your Greater Charlotte Hyundai Dealers.’

Junior Achievement of Central Carolinas partners with the North Carolina Chamber to present a 25th Anniversary evening of excellence honoring the accomplishments of outstanding business leaders from across our state.

Charlotte’s favorite holiday tradition – Nutcracker – celebrates the sights and sounds of the holiday season. Bring your family and friends along for this holiday voyage featuring choreography by Jean-Pierre Bonnefoux, live music from the Charlotte Symphony and over 100 performers.

First Stop at Triple C Brewing. Ride the light rail and experience CLT’s local beer scene with 150 other local beer lovers!

Public Radio CD Release Party
