Her background bridges both the nonprofit and business sectors, with six years dedicated to mission-driven organizations and six years focused on corporate and entrepreneurial events. Throughout her career, Ashley has been passionate about designing gatherings that do more than just fill a room — they spark connection, foster belonging, and inspire pride in place.

Ashley’s work is grounded in her love for placemaking and the belief that thoughtfully curated events can strengthen the fabric of a community.
