Karen has worked with public, private, governmental, institutional, and non-profit organizations. She is a Certified QuickBooks Online Pro-Advisor (Advanced) and has a degree in business administration from Georgia State University and a master’s degree in emergency management from UNC Charlotte. Her background includes cost accounting, general accounting, information technology administration, and entrepreneurship – software development. Karen is a member of the American Institution of Professional Bookkeepers and has written/self-published a book and a First Family Tree chart. She has also developed personal and business websites. Karen enjoys living in Charlotte because it’s a nice, pristine, and relaxing city.
