Klint Mullis
Vice President, Planning and Development
As Vice President for Planning & Development at Charlotte Center City Partners, Klint works on projects, programs, and policies dedicated to the continued place-making and physical development of Center City. He supports the Planning & Development team on both long range planning initiatives and short term implementation strategies. Most recently he served as project manager for the newly adopted Center City 2040 Vision Plan, has been involved in the ongoing efforts to implement the South End Vision Plan, assists in the continued development of the Charlotte Rail Trail, and advocates for the continued development of Center City’s transportation network including the future Charlotte Gateway Station, Uptown CycleLink network and strategic planning for Charlotte Joyrides bike share system.

A Charlotte native, Klint received his Master of Urban Design degree following his Bachelor of Architecture with a Minor in Urban Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is a proud center city resident, living in the First Ward neighborhood of Uptown. A passionate urbanist and urban cyclist, he advocates for well-designed mixed-use development, robust transit networks, and well-connected pedestrian and cyclist infrastructure that benefits all members of the community.
