Serge is a Europe-born accounting professional who has lived in California, where he graduated in 2017 from Sacramento State University. Over the last decade, he has built extensive experience in governmental and nonprofit accounting. His governmental background includes work in Payroll and Accounts Receivable (PAR), the Federal Unit, and the General Ledger (GL). In the nonprofit sector, Serge progressed from bookkeeper to leading the implementation of new accounting systems, automating financial processes, and strengthening internal controls and operational efficiency.

Serge moved to North Carolina at the end of 2025 with his wife and two daughters. He feels privileged to work for a company whose mission directly impacts the environment his daughters will grow up in, and he is honoured to be able to “set them on the path they should go, and when they are old, they will not depart from it” (Proverbs 22:6). He is excited about the opportunities ahead and the future we are helping to build.
