Construction is well underway on 1200 Metropolitan, a 280-unit tower from Charlotte-based Northwood Ravin at the corner of Metropolitan Avenue and South Kings Drive. 1200 Metropolitan includes ground-floor retail and is adjacent to the Metropolitan mixed-use development and the Little Sugar Creek Greenway. The project topped out in early 2026 and is scheduled to deliver its first units by the end of the year.
