Catalyst Capital Partners and Stiles Corp. are
partnering to develop a 30-story tower that will cover
both 1600 and 1614 Camden Road (the former Price’s
Chicken Coop site). In additional to apartments, the
project will include a small amount of office space and
ground-floor retail. Construction is expected to begin
in the third quarter of 2022.
