Nashville-based Southern Land Company received final approval in mid-2026 to build a high-rise, mixed-use tower at the corner of South Boulevard and Tremont Avenue, formerly the site of the Tyber Creek Pub. The development will include up to 300 apartments, with elevated amenity decks and ground-floor retail, including a new restaurant concept from the Tyber Creek owners. Southern Land Co. is finalizing the design and expects to break ground on the tower in 2026.
