Philadelphia-based Belgravia Management purchased the vacant office building at 200 North College Street in August 2025 and has filed plans with the City of Charlotte for a significant overhaul of the vacant 458,169-square-foot office property. Led by developer Revival Partners, the first phase of this adaptive-reuse project will involve complete demolition of the building interior to convert it into 290 apartments, with 50,000 square feet of retail, commercial, and restaurant space on the ground floor. Construction is slated to begin in summer 2026 and conclude in mid-to-late 2027.
