Dallas-based A H Real Estate Holdings purchased 200 North College Street in late 2024 and is planning a significant overhaul of the nearly vacant 458,000-square-foot office property. The existing 810-space structured parking deck and attached 294-room DoubleTree Hotel are to remain, while the office space is converted into over 300 new residential units with upgraded ground floor retail space.
