Philadelphia-based Belgravia Management purchased the vacant office building at 200 North College Street in August 2025 and has filed plans with the City of Charlotte for a significant overhaul of the nearly vacant 458,000-square-foot office property. The first phase of this adaptive-reuse project will involve complete demolition of the building interior to convert it into 290 multifamily units; amenities and retail components will also be included.
