A joint venture between Riverside Investment & Development and Singerman Real Estate purchased the former Two Wells Fargo Center in April 2026, with a vision to transform the legacy office property into a mixed-use development featuring residential, hospitality, retail, and office elements. The existing 30-story office tower will be converted into 275 multifamily housing units sitting atop 200 hotel rooms, while the other 11-story office tower will largely remain, with at least 250,000 square feet of leasable space. Between 30,000 and 40,000 square feet of retail space will span the site. Additionally, the existing outdoor plaza will be reimagined to add greenspace and connectivity to neighboring properties. Construction is slated to begin in early 2027, with phased delivery throughout 2028 and 2029.
