New York-based Spandrel Development Partners announced plans in early 2026 to convert this 52-year-old office tower into a mixture of multifamily residential units and hotel rooms. Renovation of the 32-story building will result in approximately 399 residences and 200 hotel rooms. Spandrel will also add a new vehicular and pedestrian plaza along with over 24,000 square feet of retail, most of which will be dedicated to a restaurant.
