Centrum Realty & Development and Sorelle Capital have filed construction plans for a mixed-use development in Dilworth. The development partners have assembled multiple parcels into a 1.81-acre site spanning the block of E Worthington Ave from South Blvd to Cleveland Ave that will ultimately include a 422-unit multifamily development, hotel, parking structure, restaurant, and bar. Phase one will bring a 130-room boutique hotel to the corner of Cleveland and E Worthington.
