Centrum Realty & Development and Sorelle Capital have filed construction plans for a mixed-use development in Dilworth. The development partners have assembled multiple parcels into a 1.81-acre site spanning the block of East Worthington Avenue from South Boulevard to Cleveland Avenue. Phase one of the project will construct a 153-room boutique hotel along Cleveland Avenue, which will ultimately include 422 multifamily residential units facing South Boulevard in addition 17,600 square feet of office space, a 3,600-square-foot restaurant on the ground floor, and a parking structure.
