Details
Planned to be built atop the recently opened Carolina Theatre, the 30-story InterContinental Hotel will be the tallest hotel in North Carolina upon completion. Tower foundations and a separate entrance for the future hotel were built into the theatre project during renovations, with construction on the tower to begin at a later date.
