Following the completion of Pearl Street Park and earlier phases of the larger development, Pappas Properties is well into the planning stage of phase four, receiving approval in 2024 for an additional 425 residential units, a 150-room hotel, up to 100,000 square feet of office, and up to 35,000 square feet of retail. As part of the approval, 5 residential units at Solis Midtown, the previous phase of the development, are reserved for residents making less than 60% of the area median income (AMI). Another 5 units are reserved for residents making less than 80% of AMI; it is yet to be determined whether these units will be at Solis Midtown or the new residential tower.
