Chicago-based Riverside is underway on phase 1 of a large mixed use project linking South End and Uptown. Known as the Queensbridge Collective, the development will feature an office tower and residential tower, 30,000 square feet of retail, 1 acre of green outdoor space. Once complete, This project will be the tallest building outside of the Uptown central business district. Work has begun on the residential tower and building base, with work on the office tower to begin at a later date.
