Chicago-based Riverside is underway on the second phase of Queensbridge Collective, a large mixed-use project linking South End and Uptown. The development will feature two towers, one residential and the other primarily office, along with 40,000 square feet of retail and 1 acre of green outdoor space. The 42-story, 409-unit residential tower, known as the Vivian, delivered in early 2026 and stands as the tallest building outside of Uptown. In addition to tenant amenities, the Vivian contains ground floor retail and restaurants on the 10th floor and the roof. The 43-story second tower broke ground shortly after delivery of the Vivian; once complete, it will add 304 apartments and 400,000 square feet of office space.
