Southern Land Company has begun work on a high-rise apartment project on the former site of the Tyber Creek Pub at the corner of South Boulevard and Tremont Avenue. Tyber Creek is relocating to a new purchased site on Mint Street. Demolition has begun with this project is expected to be complete in late 2025.
