As Director of Planning and Development at Charlotte Center City Partners, Marguerite works on projects, programs, and policies dedicated to the place-making and physical development of Center City. She supports the Planning and Development team in advocating for partnerships and strategies that support a more vibrant and welcoming Uptown and South End.

Prior to joining Center City Partners team, Marguerite worked at an engineering, architecture, and planning firm in Detroit where she served as a planner on various transportation, engagement, visioning, strategic, and community projects. She also holds experience as a planner for a Regional Planning Organization, supporting eight counties in West Michigan.

Marguerite holds a Master of Urban Planning, with a concentration in community development, from Wayne State University and an undergraduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Michigan State University.
