Atlanta-based Portman Residential is developing a 24
story luxury apartments project along the Rail Trail.
Now known as Linea, this development is immediately adjacent
to Portman Holdings’ The Line, a 16-story, office building
that recently completed construction. Designed
to complement the adjacent tower, the project plans
for an outdoor plaza space between the office and
residential towers and possibly a small retail outlet. The
project is planned for delivery in mid 2025.
