CATS and the City of Charlotte agreed to a partnership between Charlotte-based White Point Partners, and Dallas-based DART Interests on the redevelopment of the Charlotte Transit Center (CTC). Recently, the City voted to advance the design for an underground CTC that will be incorporated into the design for this mixed-use development, along with a potential practice facility for the Charlotte Hornets.
