South African-based Investicore Holdings has redeveloped
a manufacturing warehouse on along South Blvd.. on
the southern edge of South End. The adaptive reuse
project reimagined the existing building to bring
about 38,000 square feet of retail and entertainment
to the critical juncture along the Rail Trail. The project
features a large plaza opening to the trail with a
proposed tenant mix could of taprooms, music venues
and restaurant.
