Charlotte-based White Point Partners, in a joint venture with apartment developer Greystar, is constructing a 24-story apartment tower at 1714 South Blvd known as Ascent South End. The site is the former location of the Rosemont building. The project will feature 15,000 square feet of ground floor retail and 20,000 square feet of rooftop “amenity space”. Construction is planned to be competed sometime in 2024.
