Details
After purchasing the Metropolitain mixed-use complex
in 2020, Northwood Ravin has recieved a rezoning to
build up to 22 stories of residential high-rise apartments
on the vacant property between the Metropolitan and
Midtown Park. The tower will include 330 apartment
units as well as parking for the tower and adjacent
retail.
